GRANTS
Virtua Health Systems endowed a $15,000 grant for the facilitation of Tony’s 'Family Zone' program.
MASTERS THESIS
Tony's Masters thesis was on his work performed through the Camden County Connections agency, supporting youth between the ages of 16 to 19 in securing part-time or full-time work, through positive trait and skill development.
PLANNING
- Worked with schools on the planning and facilitation of school-wide transformation.
- Consulted and managed meetings with department heads to facilitate planning.
Worked at the board level and directly with principals, superintendents and school founders.

CURRICULUM AND PEDAGOGY
- Developed, managed and facilitated training curriculum for teachers, non-teaching staff, social workers, and others.
- Was responsible for the writing of a school procedures manual. Inspired the collaborative spirit of 18 teachers to generously volunteer to support it.
- Supported teachers in groups and one-to-one where necessary in improving their lesson planning and delivery.
- Developed conduct codes for schools.

- Worked with entire school faculty, assessing their skills and determining priority areas of development and improvement.
- Was the highest producing admissions representative of a college, often assuming managerial functions.

SCHOOL WIDE TRANSFORMATION
Woodrow Wilson High School
Served as a consultant on the initiative to transform the school to a Small Learning Communities model. Served on the board, designed and managed a school wide student leadership initiative in which
Leadership Learning Charter School
Served as a member of a school’s management team (Leadership Learning Partners Academy Charter School). Worked closely with the school’s founder and principal to implement the school’s innovative vision for transformation. Provided personal consulting to administration, and facilitated and directed professional development training for entire school faculty and staff. Helped to design the school’s new building in a committee assigned to the project. Worked with students, teachers and families regarding social education. Coached teachers one-to-one in classroom management methodology. Designed and facilitated various programs for students. Developed and facilitated a reading program and a typing program. Co-designed and directed a school-wide student leadership and peer mentoring program. Other topics of programs developed and facilitated include: public speaking, role-playing, self discovery and self exploration, team building, goal setting, meditation, yoga and tai chi, and time-management.
Stanton Elementary School
Supported a principal in various aspects as needed. (Stanton Elementary K-8). Organized 18 teachers to volunteer their time through the summer to design an operations manual for the school, due to challenges in the school’s flow-functioning. Worked in implementing the Microsociety Program, in which students create a microcosm of the real world within their school. Counseled students on classroom behavior. Worked with small groups of students, and coached basketball, using the sport to teach character and leadership principles. Coached teachers on classroom management and lesson delivery through one-to-one, classroom based, and model teaching methods.
Lincoln Park Middle School
Worked with with core team of teachers on a school-wide transformation regarding policies and procedures to insure a respecful learning environment.
PERFORMING ARTS / ENTERTAINMENT
Campbell’s Field
Founded the Rising Stars Positive Values Performing Arts Program, performed at Campbell’s Field, and at the Dawn Staley Day Event at the Liacouras Center in Philadelphia on January 6th, 2006. Directed a personal leadership program that included over 100 students, parents and teachers at Campbell’s field. Wrote and produced the CD program, Playing the School Game and Winning the Game of Life, featuring lessons and spoken word affirmations by former Miss Black USA, Dawn Moss, and hip-hop performances by performing artist, Herricane Morales (who co-wrote the three songs featured in the program,).
Liacoouras Center
Songs and Narrative from Anthony’s CD, Playing the School Game were performed at Liacouras Center’s Dawn Staley Day by former Miss Black USA, Dawn Moss, and female hiphop performing artist, Herricane Morales.
Miss Black USA NJ Pageant
Anthony served as Educational Director for The Miss Black USA NJ Pageant.
WORK EXPERIENCE

ARCOMM, Philadelphia, PA
Education/Management Consultant
• Designed and presented teacher professional development workshops through EIRC (Education Information and Resource Center).
• Directed career counseling and work readiness programs for students, ages 16 to 19 (Camden Community Connections).
• Directed personal leadership programs at Campbell’s field that included over 100 students, and their parents and teachers.
• Served as a consultant regarding high school Small Learning Communities practice, and general school functioning related to the practice (Woodrow Wilson High School).
• Designed and facilitated workshops for high school and middle school students in South Jersey (Collingswood High School, Haddonfield High School, Hatch Middle School, and Forest Hill School).
• Designed and facilitated workshops for the entire Evesham (Marlton) School District faculty and staff.
• Directed high school students in the management of a summer camp for 150 students in Lindenwold, NJ.
Consulted to the Philadelphia School District, including the Audenreid leadership cluster, Audenreid High School, Frankford High School, Stanton Elementary School, and Thomas Holme Elementary School.• Designed, facilitated and directed a program for the 250+ members of Americorps (National and Community Service organization) on how to work with children effectively.
